I've submitted a form before, so this is a repeat attempt!

I have a Sony projector which has worked well for about 13 years, but in the last 2 months turns on fine, starts projecting and then the lamp goes out and it powers down. I have replaced the bulb, and reset the lamp hours timer, but it is still doing this. I would be grateful for a diagnosis to identify how to fix it, and what the cost would be.

Depending on how quickly this could be done, a replacement projector might be needed - but is not essential.

Issue: Projector has ticking noise and after being on for about 5 minutes, displays a message of "Fan Locked".

Issue: We have issues with 4 of our Sony VPL-EW225 projectors and were hoping for a quote of how much it would cost to fix these.

Below I have stated the issues discovered when testing so you can best use your judgement for an accurate repair estimate.

1x Nothing happens when power plugged in, no signs of life

1x Makes click sound when power button pressed as if turning on but nothing happens, no lights turn on

1x Turns on but then off as soon as it whirs up, Lamp/Cover light flashes red 3 times despite having a new lamp in

1x On/Standby light flashes green but turns red without projector turning on

It also started to run the intake fan full speed (usually runs normal speed) making it extremely loud.
