Proprietary Optical Alignment
Manufacturers like Sony (SXRD) and Epson (3LCD) utilize complex multi-prism light engines. Over time, thermal cycling causes convergence drift and polarizer degradation.
Unlike general repair shops that simply replace the entire optical block (costing thousands), our lab performs component-level disassembly. We replace individual inorganic polarizers and re-align prism clusters using 6-axis micro-adjusters to restore factory contrast and sharpness.
