For UK mainland deliveries, we partner with premium carriers including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliability.

We dispatch all orders from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 14:00.

Alternative Addresses

Delivery to alternative addresses (such as your workplace or a site location) is certainly possible. Please notify us at the time of ordering if you require delivery to a different address, and we will advise accordingly.

Insurance & Liability

Every item purchased at Wells Electronics is fully insured, giving you complete protection against any loss or damage incurred during national or international transit.

Address Accuracy

We do not accept liability for delays in deliveries caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer. However, if an error is made on our part, we accept full responsibility and will arrange collection/re-delivery of your item(s) at no extra charge.

Reporting Discrepancies

When reporting a discrepancy (such as damage or missing items), we will require photographic evidence included with your correspondence. Please note that any discrepancies reported after the 24-hour window will not be considered.

Delays & Ownership

We will do our utmost to ensure that your goods reach you within estimated time frames; however, deliveries may be delayed due to factors beyond our control. Any dates specified are a general guideline. We do not accept liability for any expenses incurred from postal delays.

Transfer of Title: The ownership of the product is transferred to the customer upon delivery. The risk of accidental damage, theft, or disappearance of a product(s) shall pass to the customer upon delivery of the said product(s).

International Customs & Duties

For deliveries outside the UK, your goods may be subject to import duties and taxes. These will be levied when a shipment reaches your country and may incur additional charges for customs clearance.

We do not have any control over these charges and cannot estimate the costs, as customs policies fluctuate widely from country to country. We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before purchasing.
