How to Pack Your Projector for Safe Transit

To ensure your equipment reaches us securely, please follow these packing instructions carefully.

1. What to Include

Include ONLY:
Projector unit and power adapter (where applicable).

Exclude:
Remote controls, manuals, mounting brackets, HDMI/VGA cables.

2. Preparing the Equipment

Main Unit:
Wrap in multiple layers of bubble wrap or foam.

Removable Lens:
If detachable, remove and wrap separately.

Power Adapter:
Wrap separately to avoid scratches.

3. Boxing & Sealing

Box:
Use a strong, double-walled cardboard box.

Padding:
Fill all gaps; nothing should move when shaken.

Seal:
Use strong packing tape on all seams.

4. Multiple Units

If sending more than one projector, pack each unit in its own separate box.
