How to Pack Your Projector for Safe Transit
Do NOT ship without padding.
Projectors are precision optical instruments. Shipments without adequate padding can suffer impact damage to the lens mount, optical block/light engine, fans, and PCB assemblies. Use bubble wrap/foam and fill all voids so the contents cannot move.
To ensure your equipment reaches us securely, please follow these packing instructions carefully.
1. What to Include
Include ONLY:
Projector unit and power adapter (where applicable).
Exclude:
Remote controls, manuals, mounting brackets, HDMI/VGA cables.
2. Preparing the Equipment
Main Unit:
Wrap in multiple layers of bubble wrap or foam.
Removable Lens:
If detachable, remove and wrap separately.
Power Adapter:
Wrap separately to avoid scratches.
3. Boxing & Sealing
Box:
Use a strong, double-walled cardboard box.
Padding:
Fill all gaps; nothing should move when shaken.
Seal:
Use strong packing tape on all seams.
4. Multiple Units
If sending more than one projector, pack each unit in its own separate box.
