I've submitted a form before, so this is a repeat attempt!

I have a Sony projector which has worked well for about 13 years, but in the last 2 months turns on fine, starts projecting and then the lamp goes out and it powers down. I have replaced the bulb, and reset the lamp hours timer, but it is still doing this. I would be grateful for a diagnosis to identify how to fix it, and what the cost would be.

Depending on how quickly this could be done, a replacement projector might be needed - but is not essential.
